All of my lived experience unites in Depth Coaching and allows me to understand the joys, trials, and dilemmas not only of creative professionals, but a wide range of individuals at various life stages. I am a first-hand witness to how beneficial their coaching experience can be.
As an artist myself, I hold a multi-dimensional perspective that creates a coaching experience tailored specifically to the needs of each client. As a professional, I understand the complex demands of the creative workplace.
I believe a dedicated and confidential space for reflection and exploration, outside the demands of school or career, is essential to developing a holistic and healthy attitude to creative life. In your coaching, we walk side by side. As is proven over and over in all forms of therapy and coaching, the relationship is the most transformative element, and it is our alliance I focus on.
I am not a therapist, although my clients often refer to me as one. This is symbolic of the hybrid space I contain for exploration, development, interpretation, and analysis.
Looking at the past, present, and future in a more symbolic way allows us to develop the inferior parts of ourselves, which makes us stronger and more dynamic humans and artists. Taking responsibility for our own behavior shows us where passion and integrity intersect productively or collide. Cultivating a more dynamic relationship between our bodies and psyche allows us to feel whole where we might otherwise misunderstand our pain and express it outwardly. In making more conscious the vast, unconscious side of life…connecting to Self…we prosper more and struggle less.
Learning to bring the opposing aspects of life into productive balance enriches our personal development over time, creates more space for transcendence, relatedness, and harmony of being and doing, feeling and thinking.
