As artists and creatives, we use metaphor and symbol to communicate with our audience. But what are the symbols generated by our own psyches showing us? What are their possible meanings, and how are they revealed to us in our language, imagination, fantasy, and dreams?
Are we cultivating faith in a robust and supportive relationship to our rich source of mystery and inspiration?
How can we tune in more closely to our thoughts and feelings, intuitions and sensations? Are we reflecting on our daily lives in a truly honest way, revealing our deeper motivations and leading to greater wisdom?

The overarching goal is to approach ourselves, our relationships, and our work with an awareness rooted in honesty. My approach combines analysis, coaching, mentorship, and counseling, drawing upon our combined lived experience to further your development and potential.
A creative process in itself…Depth Coaching is
an act of relating, storytelling, and discovery.
As an artist and certified coach, with training in analytical psychology and psychodynamics, I have an intuitive and empathic sense of your personal and professional challenges, and the therapeutic understanding to guide you through transformation.
How It Works
How It Works
Together, in a supportive and playful space, we consider questions
that bring about transformation by:
- Encouraging a more symbolic way of looking at life
- Fostering your internal and external resources
- Helping you develop resiliency and integrity
- Expanding your feelings of wholeness and well-being
- Developing more trust in your intuitive power
At our free discovery session, we gain a feel for working together.
With mutual agreement, we meet online weekly for four weeks, developing our rapport. We then assess our progress and session frequency.

My life-long work as a designer, dramaturg, and theater-maker allows me to understand and contextualize the discovery, development, and deepening of one’s individual artistic point of view within the context of demanding creative professions. My teaching and mentorship add to the perspective and experience I bring to the challenges faced by emerging and mid-career artists.
As a coach, I am sensitive to different learning profiles and the diversity of gender, religious, racial and cultural backgrounds, expressions, and identities. Working with people of all types, and at different stages of life, I am drawn to the underlying forces that bind our collective humanity.

I begin with a response to an empty space. I strive to add only what is essential, using images, objects, and architecture symbolically. Throughout my process, I seek to explore possibilities and arrive at unforeseen places.
My set and lighting designs have been seen throughout the world at theaters and opera houses in the United States, Germany, France, Switzerland, Holland, Denmark, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Italy, Spain, Poland, Russia, Sweden, and Finland.
